Sell ads without living in your DMs.

Advertisers ask the same things: price, format, stats, free dates. Your HelpCenter bot answers them in seconds, in their language, from your own rate card, and sends you the ones ready to book.

Questions it answers for you

  • How much is a post?
  • And a pin?
  • What are your average views?
  • Which dates are free?
  • How do I pay?
  • What can't be advertised?
  • Where do I send the ad text?
  • Any discount for three posts?
How much is a pin?
A pin is 40 USDT for 24 hours, on top of the post price of 120 USDT. Send the date and your ad text to @techpulse_ads to book.
Answered from your FAQ: “Do you have pin or repost options?”

Set it up in three steps

  1. Create your bot

Open @HelpCenterBot, tap Create my help bot and pick your channel. On a phone it takes one tap; on desktop, @HelpCenterBot walks you through @BotFather instead.

  2. Fill in the Selling ads template

In 📝 FAQ, open 📋 Templates and pick Selling ads in my channel. Copy it, replace the [brackets] with your prices, stats, rules and ads contact, and send it back. HelpCenter turns it into your FAQ; you check it and save. Already have a rate card post? Forward it with 📨 Import instead.

  3. Put the bot where advertisers look

Tap 📣 Tell your members for a ready post with an Ask button, and add the bot to your channel description, for example: “Ads: @YourChannelHelpBot”.

What it doesn't doThe bot answers from your rate card. It doesn't check your calendar, book dates or take payments: it tells advertisers how to book with you, and anything it can't answer comes to you.

Questions about this

Can it tell advertisers which dates are free?

No. It doesn't see your calendar. It answers with the booking steps you wrote, for example “send the date and your ad text to @your_ads”, and the final yes stays with you.

Advertisers write in different languages. Is that a problem?

No. Each one gets the answer in their own language, from the same rate card. You can write your FAQ in just one language.

Will it agree to a discount I never offered?

It's told never to invent prices, discounts or promises, and it only states what's in your FAQ. If someone pushes for something that isn't there, the question comes to you. AI can still misread a question, so keep your prices clear.
