HelpCenter is an independent product, powered by @Trusty. We've run Telegram channels and bots for years, and we got tired of answering the same messages at midnight. So we built the help desk we wanted: inside Telegram, in every language, and honest about what AI can and can't do.
What we believe
Your community, your data
We store as little as we can, encrypt it, and delete it when you ask. We don't sell data, show ads, or train AI on your chats.
No tricks
We're not Telegram and never pretend to be. HelpCenter never asks for login codes, passwords or seed phrases.

The bot answers what you taught it and hands everything else to you. You see every question it couldn't answer.
